Create a scalable and impactful brand identity to support CHONK's slate of products that serve the nut butter community.
Research into CHONK’s fanbase uncovered three core tribes: adventure seekers craving quick, nutrient-packed fuel, fitness fanatics powering up with clean, energizing snacks, and chefs elevating their culinary game with top-notch tools and ingredients. Inspired by this passionate mix, we crafted a bold wordmark that packs as much punch as CHONK itself—versatile, dynamic, and ready for anything.
To establish a bold and memorable visual identity, we crafted a unique wordmark that balances subtle variations in weight, creating a distinctive look for the brand. This wordmark not only reinforces CHONK’s name but also supports a scalable product line, allowing the brand to expand seamlessly. It provides a timeless foundation for an engaging brand presence that we can leverage across marketing efforts, highlighting both the brand name and its diverse product offerings.
We designed abstract shapes as unique identifiers for each product, creating a distinct visual language for CHONK. These shapes also allowed us to experiment with playful masking techniques, bringing each design to life with creativity and cohesion.
Embracing CHONK’s bold and curious spirit, we crafted a sustainable, custom paper tube packaging for each nut butter tool. This unique and elevated packaging not only enhances the product’s premium feel but also builds excitement around the customer experience, making each unboxing as memorable as the product itself.
Crafted custom illustrations to guide users through the product's features and benefits—Stir, Scrape, Savor, and Stow—bringing clarity and charm to each step of the CHONK experience.
To drive engagement and boost sales, we developed a series of eye-catching digital ads for Google, social media, and e-commerce channels. Through A/B testing, we refined each ad to maximize performance, increase brand awareness, and highlight the flagship product’s standout features.
When we worked with CHONK to develop their digital ads, we had to ensure we supplied scalable solutions across multiple platforms.
